Founder & President

Dr. Thyais Maxwell

Thyais is an educator at heart and administrator by trade, dedicating her career to advancing student success through purposeful, transformative leadership. With experience as a principal across four schools - spanning elementary, middle college, and currently a traditional high school - she brings both depth and perspective to the work of our organization.

With a genuine love for education and a deep commitment to students, she prioritizes building strong school communities where individuals feel safe, valued, and supported. Her leadership is grounded in service, with a focus on cultivating opportunities that allow individuals to reach their
full potential. When she’s not leading in the school community, she can often be found organizing events, bringing people together, and creating meaningful moments with family and friends.
