To ensure our resources reach those with the greatest need, we prioritize referrals from our trusted community partners, including healthcare providers, schools, and nonprofit organizations that already work directly with individuals and families.

We also welcome requests from individuals who are not connected to one of our partner organizations. Because Champion Hobbs Foundation does not independently verify household income or financial need, individuals who submit a self-referral may be asked to work with a school counselor, social worker, healthcare provider, or another qualified professional who can help verify eligibility before assistance is approved. All requests are reviewed based on eligibility, available funding, and program guidelines.
